Through recognition, performances, and joyful festivities, the evening honored past dedication and envisioned a promising new chapter. 序章：欢聚入场，互动预热 Prologue: Gathering in Joy, Warming Up Together 年会于15:30起拉开温馨序幕。在会场前厅，高藤的老师们陆续抵达，于精心布置的打卡墙前合影留念，闪光灯此起彼伏，定格下一张张灿烂的笑脸。现场更设有 “巧手串珠” 与 “欢乐投投乐” 等趣味互动游戏，老师们或专注编织寓意美好的手链，或兴致勃勃地参与投掷挑战，在欢声笑语中提前点燃了年会的热烈气氛，也凝聚起浓浓的团队温情。 The annual celebration began warmly at 3:30 PM. Teachers arrived one after another, taking photos at the beautifully designed check-in wall as flashes captured their bright smiles.Interactive activities such as "Beaded Bracelet Crafting" and "Fun Toss Challenge" added excitement to the pre-event atmosphere. Some teachers focused intently on weaving bracelets symbolizing good wishes, while others enthusiastically joined tossing games. Principal Dong of SMCS delivered the opening address. In his speech, he highly affirmed the school's achievements over the past year in exploring and implementing the "Pathfinder Integrated Innovation Curriculum." He expressed sincere gratitude for the dedication and professionalism of the entire faculty. With responsibility and warmth, he strengthens the school's moral education foundation and embodies dedication in action. 暖心守护奖 人文组 Zoe 老师 她是职能岗的全能多面手，身兼数职，是经济学老师、班主任，还负责品牌活动等工作，搭建第二课堂 ECA 体系，协调筹备运动会、春游、毕业典礼等各类型活动，凭实力推动校园工作落地，用责任与暖心护学子成长，这份荣耀当之无愧。 Teacher Zoe (Humanities Department): A versatile professional who serves as an economics teacher, homeroom teacher, and brand activity coordinator. She established the ECA (Extra-Curricular Activities) system and coordinated major events such as sports meets, spring outings, and graduation ceremonies. Her commitment and care have significantly contributed to students' growth. 桃李芬芳奖 英语组 Hallie 老师 兢兢业业坚守教学一线，对学生耐心热忱，常牺牲课余时间一对一补课。作为英语组组长，每逢英语及标化考试，高效协调排课，攻克出分难题，保障教学顺利进行，这份荣誉是对她倾心育人、笃行实干的最好嘉奖！ Teacher Hallie (English Department): Devoted to frontline teaching, she patiently supports students and often sacrifices personal time for one-on-one tutoring. As Head of the English Department, she efficiently coordinates scheduling during English and standardized examinations, ensuring smooth academic operations. 桃李芬芳奖 数理组 Marty 老师 她投入大量课余时间搞科研、磨课程、备材料，深度实践 PBL 教学方法，使得科学知识生动、课堂氛围变得妙趣横生，深受学子喜爱。同时身兼数职，担起学校品牌建设与学生会相关工作，为学子搭建成长的多元舞台，这份荣誉对她来说也是实至名归。 Teacher Marty (Mathematics Science Department): Dedicated to research and curriculum development, she deeply implements PBL (Project-Based Learning), making science classes engaging and dynamic. Frank老师再次登台，献唱深情曲目《Deadman》，低沉而富有磁性的嗓音，细腻的情感表达深深打动了在场的每一位听众。

最后孟繁琦老师以一首《如愿》触动人心，将晚会气氛推向高潮，悠扬的旋律中、既有对过往的回望，也饱含着对未来的期盼，让每一个人都感受到高藤这个大家庭的温暖与力量。
Finally, Teacher Meng moved everyone with "As You Wish," bringing the evening to its emotional peak. The melody carried reflections on the past and hopeful anticipation for the future, reminding everyone of the warmth and strength of the SMCS family.

十等奖至特等奖由主持人及校领导陆续抽出，苹果电脑、索尼相机、任天堂 Switch等丰厚奖品依次揭晓，老师们的欢呼声与掌声此起彼伏，将现场气氛推向一个又一个高潮。特别设立的“上海特产”主题奖，将迪士尼玩偶、大白兔礼盒等特色好礼送给幸运儿，趣味十足。
From the tenth prize to the grand prize, hosts and school leaders unveiled rewards including a MacBook, a Sony camera, and a Nintendo Switch. Cheers and applause echoed throughout the venue. A special "Shanghai Specialty" prize featured delightful gifts such as Disney plush toys and White Rabbit candy gift boxes, adding a playful local touch.
